Do any of you guys like Motor ace? I saw them live last nite at the Tathra Pub.... not bad for the genre of muisc they play (formula rock one might say)

Yes, they're Australian. I'd say they're alternative rock...
I absolutely adored 5 Star Laundry, and rushed out to buy Shoot This as soon as it was out...but found it a bit disappointing. Still good stuff, but not as good as 5 Star.
I have never seen them live, but I've seen them do a few songs live on TV and heard them do Live at the Wireless on triple J, and I think they sounded SO much better live than they did on their album!! Especially "Siamese".

i haven't heard their first album but i liked about half the songs on shoot this....not bad, though i rarely listen to that type of rock
