Lower or higher in your school? Relatively the same?

for our school it's significantly higher.
for mx1 that i did last year my course mark was 89, which ended up becoming a 98 school mark.
it really depends on how well your school does in the externals and how difficult your internals are though.

How the fuck would any of you know lol? You'd have to get a past Year 12 student to do this.

For me it went a bit like this:

For english I was averaging mid 70s the whole 2 years, my HSC assessment mark 84, but in the exam I got 77 so ended up with 81 as my final HSC mark.
For General maths I was averaging high 70s to mid 80s and popped a 90 once or twice throughout my two years. Ended up with 90 assessment and 90 exam mark for a final 90 HSC mark.
For economics I was about all over the place...ranging from 60s to 80s (mainly in the mid 60s, low 70s). Ended up with a HSC mark of 77.
IPT I was getting 60s - 70s in the tests, 80s in the assigments. Left the HSC exam an hour and a half early, ended up with 82.
Accounting I pretty much almost failed first year and then high 80% the next year and ended up with 77.

My school was ranked 170.

The only relation between trials/HYs is the rank you attain.

MX1 - in school is heaps lower than actual HSC due to hard tests and shit
MX2 - Even lower... a 60% in school goes to like 95 HSC mark.
Eng - LAWLZ
Bio - I think it's a little lower for trials, not much.
Chem - Trials<HSC. But internal>HSC for 1st rank. Others are about the same. 70% could get you a band 5, even if you got 68ish in the trial.
SOR2 - LAWLZ - I don't think we get band 6s in this at my school.

generally it should be lower because your school doesn't scale your trial/half yearly marks
