They got it from the dot point:

* compare the properties of the gaseous forms of oxygen and the oxygen free radical

My teachers a werid, and annoying - I swear they just make up stuff

Yeah i'm pretty sure the high concentrations of O atoms quickly recombine to form O2 so you can't measure it's properties such as mp and bp
