I am currently studying Honours (4th Year) Physics at university and am looking to tutor yr 11/12 students in Physics and 2/3 unit and possibly 4U Mathematics. My physics degree required me to do 6 maths subjects as well.
I completed my HSC in 2002 and my results were 96 in 3U and high 80's in 4U and 90's in Physics. I have been tutoring 1st year Physics and Maths at my college at UNSW for 3 years and last year tutored in the School of Physics at UNSW.
I am looking for students who may be struggling with the work as I believe I am good at explaining concepts. I don't think I would be that good at more of a coaching role, like getting someone's mark from 90 to 99 as I have not done the HSC for 4 years.
My rate is $25 an hour but is negotiable, groups are also possible. PM or reply if interested, or email sean.benson@exemail.com.au.
