UWS offers a masters degree and plus a double degree, whilst I think USYD just offers a pure bachelor of physio during the same period. Downs of UWS: The Physiotherapy school is located in Campbelltown, which is quite far and also the prestige of the school to some people which is irrelevant.
UWS Physio is quite easy to get into, you only need around low 90's pretty much as you get 5 bonus points if you live near the campus.

Depends where you live really. For me bonus points at uws seem like the biggest incentive. However prestige at usyd is something you may consider.
Also usyd's degree focuses solely on physio, whereas uws's degree is a little bit more broad as it also has the b health
