TEHRAN, Iran - Iranians on Tuesday called the combative introduction of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad by the head of Columbia University "shameful" and said the harsh words only added to their image of the United States as a bully.

In a region where the tradition of hospitality outweighs personal opinions about people, many here thought Columbia University President Lee Bollinger's aggressive tone — including telling Ahmadinejad that he exhibited the signs of a "petty and cruel dictator" — was over the top.

"The surprising point of the last night meeting is the behavior of the university president," state-run radio reported, describing Bollinger's introduction as "full of insult, which was mostly Zionists' propaganda against Iran."

The chancellors of seven Iranian universities issued a letter on Tuesday to Bollinger saying his statements were "deeply shameful" and invited him to Iran.

Dr. Bollinger's speech/presentation contained the best words the educated world heard today! His words and questions were to the point and full of truth! And, we all saw and heard Ahmadinejad did not have the intellectual mindset to directly or indirectly answer the question asked! He was confused and rambled about verses from Quran apparently hoping that Allah kill Bollinger for the humiliation.

He was expecting a very warm reception as his advisors told him that American Acedemia is very left wing and Bush hater. He got it wrong and made himself the joke of the world lol

Iran is a sovereign state, they don't have suicide bombers. Atleast get it right and say:

It's not hard to produce explosives. The most complicated part in bomb making is the control systems so that it is safe (so it doesn't explode prematurely, still important in suicide bombing) and reliable.

Yes, the world must know that every US citizen is a political tool of the US government who is subversely controlled by the Jews who swear allegiance to achieving the goals of the New World Order which, at its core, is anti-Islamic

He is against the state of Israel more so than individual jews. By not killing the superior jews within their country they are avoiding completely screwing their economy. If you kill the educated and entrepreneurs what will you gain? Secondly, they can subjugate them in the way the Sharia laws demand as for unbelievers "persecution is worse than slaughter" and burden them with excessive tax. The premise of homing jews whom they subjugate is insufficient to warrant the idea that Ahmadinejad does not seek the destruction of Israel, especially when it is unrelated and not economically beneficial. (And a side note, doing so would attract international attention and retaliation which again is not to the nations benefit.)
