I have a spreadsheet for every subject with ever trial paper, my raw mark, mark for each section/question for maths, estimated aligned marks for each one, and then I have a graph of my progress. It’s not strictly necessary or helpful but I find it motivating to watch the graph go up lol

it’s a pretty basic template you can definitely do more advanced stuff like group by topic or wtv if you want (me personally I would just stop entering stuff in out of laziness if I did that though so yk) but it worked for me

i think i might group by topic/section for sake of it and add some more things e.g "difficulty" or extra notes e.g "wtf was i thinking" (most likely option)
