"Assess how workplace structures meet individual and group needs"

i figured out the structures was all the grievance procedures.. oh&s and stuff.. and then individual and group needs specifically means the financial.. career.. social conscience.. lifestyle etc.. how the hell do you relate them?
i just talked about the needs and related it to wellbeing.. meh screw it hopefully ill get some sympathy marks from my plan where i had good intentions to write it lol

Things to consider in that question was: flexible work patterns, work place culture, leave, EEO, Enterprise agreements and AWAs (think i missed that), trade unions, Employer organisations, anti descrimination and grievance proceedures (think i missed that too).

Also Needs: self esteem. socialisation, finances, status, education, lifestyle, career & social concience.

addymac: check the syllabus it comes from the point supportive workplace structures on the last page (under recognising individuals in the workplace)
it cant come from the workplace supports for individuals as family members (which is eeo, affirmative action etc) because it just said individuals and groups.. nothing about family in there
i get the feeling alot of people struggled with it and they will hopefully be a bit nicer marking

i mentioned all the individual and family supports in my plan.. as well as the workplace supports.. then i didnt end up talking about it cuz i didnt know how to integrate it to needs.. i was originally going to just talk about it but then i was like shit it specifically says 'individual and group needs' so that was my entry phrase..
they read through plans.. i made sure it was on the lined side hehe.. gotta be worth a sympathy mark

Yeah... i think people have been getting the question 20. c confused with family and individual needs rather then the group and individual needs.. their two seperate things. So group and individual needs is all that blahhh as above.
