Question regarding the upcoming graduation ceremony (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone, I have one question about the graduation ceremony: my graduation ceremony will be held on 27th September (Tuesday if recall correctly) round 9.30 but one of my friend (very important to me) cannot come that time but a bit later (say 10 sth). Could she still come attend mine or after 9.30 no more guests can come into the ceremony hall? Anyone here in the same situation before or know about it? The information flyer only reads that the registration will close 45 mins before the ceremony.
