hello all, just want to put a question out to everyone... i'm hearing heaps on this term "beyond reasonable doubt" could someone please explain that to me with relevance to a case (case under the crimes act - 1900) if possible

The standard of proof applicable in criminal proceedings. The prosecution must prove that the only reasonable interpretation of events shows the guilt of the accused. The accused does not have to prove anything because they are innocent until proven guilty.
