on the instructions, it tells me to print, complete and scan my cover page and send it to their office.
however the cover page already has all my details on it so what do i actually need to 'complete'
apparently i dont need to sign or date it because at the bottom it says (this is only for those who are mailing or delivering their application by hand)
the only thing i can actually fill in is the checklist that gives me boxes to tick the general documents i've supplied
is that what i'm meant to fill in? o.o
