I did the Crusades and it was incredibly difficult to relate my area of debate to both the quote and the question. Made the best of a bad situation though, if others found it hard in relation to the Crusades I'm sure it will align pretty well.
How did everyone else find it with their area of debate?
Any predictions as to Marx? (lol marks)

I'd say 20/25 for both sections, give or take 2.

I did Arrival of The British and i thought it fit pretty well with the question.

I am hoping to get 22 to 24 but i will be very happy with a 17 to 20

Crusader historiography is mostly rather recent, so I couldn't talk about the context of the historians very much. I talked a bit about the reformation and how it impacted crusader historiography though... Making it relevant.
The more I think about it, the worse I am in sect. 2 but the better in sect. 1 .... Not many quotes though, referred to sources, but more thematic references in which what I was alluding to was implied over the totality of the sources as opposed to observable through a quote.
