Just want to share a story.
Today, I was cutting up abalone into smaller pieces for my little brother and snap the blade separates from the rest of the knife maybe cause I applied too much pressure. I'm fine but wow the blade almost (10 cm away) hit my eyes and went flying across the kitchen.
So Question, how do I use a knife safely?
