How do u guys handle, deal with stress in your life? What has been effective for you? Remember health isn't just physical health, it's also mental and spiritual too!

Eat healthier, drink water, and ensure you give yourself plenty of time to take a step back and see the bigger picture.

- Sleep
- Long train rides really works
- Actually dealing with the problem
- Getting as much help as I can
- Shower works well too

You should "accidentally" catch the countrylink which goes to Goulburn one day

it's actually good

I did it once cos I was like yolo
If I did that I would eventually end up at home.

To answer the question I like to be well prepared and never leave things to the last minute. If that fails then ask yourself is it really that important/the end of the world. Self induced stress is far too common and when you think about it unnecessary.

When I feel stressed, I usually go out with my friends. We talk about it and after we go out and have fun. I feel so relieve then. I don't want to take it seriously. I've read something about stress, this may cause your cancer cells to activate, that's why I avoid being stressed out.

Hello martino1234!!

The best way to control the Stress related health problems or Disorder is stress management which include activity like:
  1. Be active
  2. Take control of the situation
  3. Connect with people
  4. Avoid unhealthy habits
  5. Carry a positive attitude
  6. Exercise regularly
  7. Finally Accept things which you can't change.
These are some most effective ways to make your life stress free. So, adopt these habits you will definitely feel the difference.
