I have to do a business plan. And one of the subheadings is 'The nature of the Business'. I picked to do my assignment on a Financial Planning Firm. So I've got some enquires on answering some of the questions my teacher suggested asking such as:
1. what role does the business play in our society and the economy?
2. Explain who and how the value chain is controlled.
(I know they kinda sound easy) But its just putting them into context that's hard.
Also we are meant to do an executive summary, SWOT Analysis and then details on the Business topics. So I'm unsure how long the executive summary should be and what should be included. As most of my info I put into executive summary comes up later in the Business topic sub-headings.
So any help will be appreciated... Suggestions etc.
