I have a research assignment where i have to discuss a couple of the events that occurred during the Age of Augustus but i also have to comment on to what extent they are real. Im not entirely sure what they mean by this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I assume its asking you to consider the validity of the sources on these events, whether they may have added, taken away certain things and why.
