For the dotpoint:

Gather, process and present information from secondary sources about the work of practising scientists identifying: the variety of chemical occupations, a specific chemical occupation for a more detailed study

How many occupations do you think is adequate to remember?

I know Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering simply because I wanted to be one at one stage.

I think you only need to know two in detail and then you can use the rest briefly in passing in some questions.
IIRC the 2012 electro-chemistry question only required you to name and briefly describe their collaborations together.

Main types of chemistry: organic, inorganic, physics and analytical.

There are a LOT more types of jobs, though.
