Did anyone here receive a letter from UAC confirming that they have applied to UAC or is everything done online now until the offers are released?

Since you have to pay UAC, you can download the receipt for the payment, which is essentially a confirmation. Plus, if you can access "Check and Change", you have successfully applied to UAC.
