I posted this on the backup forum, but in case u all missed it...

If u aren't already aware, the Report on the Scaling of the 2001 NSW HSC is up on the UAC website. It details everything u need to kno about the UAI and the technicalities of how its calculated, how subjects are scaled, how ur marks are scaled and the differences between HSC marks and raw exam marks and moderated assessment marks

Hopefully everyones UAI/scaling questions will b answered by reading that document, and so Lazarus will have a break from endlessly answering the same questions again and again

No, belive it or not, that don't calculate 2002 untill AFTER our HSC Marty. UAC's calculations arn't THAT crazy.

yer i realised that hence the edit

thought it might have been like reportin on how the scaling is to be done or something

then i actually read/am reading the doc'
