assess Einstein’s contribution to quantum theory and its relation to black
body radiation

I can see whole lot of advantages on Einstein's contribution to quantum theory... but I can't spot any disadvantages ???

Care to share some ?

If you can't spot the disadvantage.. completely BS IT!

e.g

<Insert advantages here>

<INSERT BS!!! HERE>Einstein's contribution to the Quantum theory was only limited into explaining Lenard's photoelectric experiment. Einstein did not apply into other areas of physics However through the application of the Quantum theory his academic paper influenced scientific thinking and broadening perspectives to increase acceptance of the contemporary quantum theory. <END OF BS!!!>

In judgement, Einstein built the relationship between the black body radiation and the photoelectric effect, that effectively developed into the increase understanding and applications of the quantum theory...

THATS BS!!!!

This the fun part of physic! ^^

How is:

"However through the application of the Quantum theory his academic paper influenced scientific thinking and broadening perspectives to increase acceptance of the contemporary quantum theory" a disadvantage?

You need to think carefully about the key verb in this dotpoint- in this case, 'assess'. You've correctly identified that this is similar to a 'discuss' dotpoint, except you need to make a conclusion at the end. However, it is important to remember that not all 'discuss' dotpoints have arguments for/against (e.g. "Discuss qualitatively the electric field strength due to a point charge, positive and negative charges and oppositely charged parallel plates"). This is one of those dotpoints- all you need to do is 'assess' how valuable Einstein's contributions were in terms of what was there before it, and what further developments it led to
