What qualities do you need to become a mod?
Do you have to be a member for a certain period of time?
Do you have to have a certain number of posts that are counted?

you don't need to have a certain amount of posts or been a member for a certain amount of time, though i guess the longer the better, but only because you're more familiar with the forums
