yesterday-
breakfast: weetbix
lunch: 2 boiled eggs and a tin of tuna
dinner: 2 fish fillets. idk what type.

today-
breakfast: omelette
lunch: polish salami and salad
dinner: pork chops and bacon

Egg sandwich and 2 up and go's for breakfast
3 Serves of protein shake
A massive serve of chicken + 2 sandwiches,
ALOT of water
500mls of high cal. milk

shredded sweet chilli chicken breast sandwich w/ wholemeal bread
95g can of tuna (tomato and basil flavour)

I ate an aldi copy of nutri grain this morning
had a peice of coconut peach tart my mother made
half a toasted sandwich
I'm about to eat something because I'm starving.

the flavoured tuna has like half the protein of normal tuna in olive oil/spring water

anyway

yoghurt and blueberries and a boiled egg for breakfast
95g tin of tuna in spring water
2 boiled eggs and salad and pumpkin for lunch
2 green frogs (stupid mum bought green insted of red why don't i just kill her and myself)
another boiled egg white
dinner is baked pumpkin and either a small piece of duck or tuna.

will gym, then protein shake.

Also, I had Coco pops today for the first time in ages.

Such a trashy cereal, but brought back so many memories of Cheese TV.

That is the best tuna... BUT

Seriously .. sweet chilli and lime salmon is ... I buy the supermarket out of it. When it's on special - 30 is not too many.

I heard something about possible mercury poisoning if you eat too much canned tuna.

Not sure if legit though.
