When can I apply for transfers next year (not semester)?

If your transferring within one university then you'll more than likely be able to apply for an internal transfer sometime next semester; all universities would be different though so make sure you do your research on their procedures and what is and is not allowed.

Otherwise you'll go through UAC and have the same deadlines as the current Year 12's.
