Where can I buy Neutrogena Sunblock spf 100 online. I know can buy from amazon but I can only transfer money though my online back account.. if I do buy it won’t it change me excess fees??

sorry not really answering your question- but could you get a paypal account? They are pretty good if you don't have a credit card.

ps. spf 100??! is that actually real...ie. any different from spf 30+? I know that in australia, sunscreen isn't allowed to be advertised/labelled as more than 30 (that's why they all say 30+) but they may actually have a quite higher spf rating.

Not answering the money q either but 30 spf is the highest you need, above isn't better for you.

No point in buying a sunscreen with SPF 100. The reason why Australia has only sunscreen SPF 30 or lower because they encourage you to reapply every few hours or so.
