So i just got pulled over for rbt and they noticed i don't have my red p's on .. he gave me a fine for it which also takes 2 demerit points. I've had a infringement before so basically i have no points left .....
My legit reason was i just picked up the car from the body shop and everything was resprayed so i had no plates to put on and unlucky me ..
plus it says i have 21 days to clear the fine .. i can get my greens in 19 days .. if i pass. can i get my greens then pay the fine then i will have a total of 2 dermit points left?
if i appeal in court, how would it go ? i always have my plates on ..
