They rang me today to discuss my course.
I had chosen something that needed cert III and I only had Cert II... I almost cried. It was because the Cert III part would have been covered in semester one. They dont explain this very clearly on the website!!!!

Anyway they said I could only do it if I picked up the Cert III part aswell. It works out like this...

Monday - IT Cert III

Other 3 days - Do the website design course I applied for.

So I have to catch up on stuff but she said it isnt that much and I shouldnt struggle if Im computer literate.

They are sending me an acceptance letter... WOOHOO!!!

Im excited now!

hey this is a stupid ques, but if a course is 630 hrs, would that only be 1 yr?
coz theres a tafe course that im looking at - business management diploma and it says that it is 630 hrs.

It could be, that would make it around 17 hrs a week.

they sent me the same letter twice to idiots... Im gunna cry.

Advanced Diploma in Tourism Management at Ryde....anyone else interested in doing it? lol

well i COULD do it at Ultimo but Ryde is easier to drive to...

The majority of people I spoken to who is planning to attend TAFE is going there... how long issit for you to travel to the city from your place?

Its takes 30min to 40 min for me on express train and 50 min on slow train...

I got into my Diploma of Library and Info Services @ Mt Druitt. Which will be interesting indeed.

My info session is next wedsnday.

about 50mins.....plus 25 min bus to the station...
in that time i could drive to ryde
well i can drive to ryde in about 40 mins

aww man now i'm thinking about going to ultimo lol
