How do I factorise this one. I know it won't factorise like a normal binomial - one of the binomials will have three numbers - I just don't know how to do that.

(x+y)(x-y) + 2(x-y)
= (x+y+2)(x-y)
For example in 3(x+1)-2x(x+1) the answer would be (x+1)(3-2x) because the x+1 are the same. This is the same thing in
(x+y)(x-y) + 2(x-y) because the x-y are the same. So, it would be (x-y)(x+y)+2))= (x-y)(x+y+2)
