Re: =)

I'm doing individual and society,
we did pride and prejudice and used other Austen's as background info since we did one of them in year 11. We are doing A dolls House and then Portrait of a Lady but are they all for Individual and Society? I assume they are, i get confused whether we have different modules in extn like we do in normal english or if it is the same theme the whole year :)

we're doing postmodernism with orlando and TFLW

my teacher picked postmodernism becoz last year chuck got 1st in the state for ext 2 and something close in ext 1, and i think that She thinks it's all becoz of her... i can tell you now.. its not!

but yeah, postmodernism is going ok. i'm starting to get my head around it all. i came on here coz i'm preparing a 15min lecture on pomo right now actually. i needed reassurance that i was on the right track :)

I'm doing Individual and Society, and like Stixon, our prescribed texts are

- Pride and Prejudice BBC
- North and South [which I don't mind -- please don't shoot me!]
- A Doll's House

Not too shabby, although the prescribed Postmodernism texts look like they'd be heaps of fun!
