6 hours a night is fine for proper adult brain functioning but we aren't adults... So 3.wtf. anyways, sleep is really overrated, i mean the day before an assessment you should sleep at least 8 hours, but in the weeks before getting minimal sleep wont hurt you
I've already discovered the wonders of sleeping.Yeah high school kids need like 8 hours sleep. But it's only in uni that you actually figure out that sleeping is totally worth it and awesome.
