ahhh biology was very different this year!
i thought that the marks were not fairly allocated and the questions were either too broad or too specific :s.
communication killed me!!!
the vocal fold drawing question was stupid and i had absolutely no idea what to draw so i just drew some...
I'm aiming for an atar of 98 but will be happy with anything over 90. Do you think it is acheivable?? My ranks are.....
extension 1 maths- 2nd/18
advanced maths- 2nd/25
chemistry- 3rd/11
physics- 3rd/13
biology- 1st/16
advanced English (not sure overall rank but I came 9th in my class of...
i do all three!!!
i absolutely hate physics though!.... its sooooooo boring!
i came 3rd/13 with 53% for my half yearlys, it was a super hard exam where we were tested on stuff we hadnt even learnt :s
for all my other physics tasks though i got over 90% so should i be worried?
Hi everyone,
i have a titration prac test tomorrow and theres going to be questions on salts.
How do we know if a salt is acidic basic or neutral?
do we just have to memorise common acidic and basic salts or is there a way to work it out?
thanks in advance :)
I screwed up physics so bad!!!!!
when we went into the test we wern't given the formula sheet after being told that we would and there wasn't even a multiple choice sheet! also there was a question on eddy currents which our teacher told us we will do after the exam because it won't be...
I have a heaps dodgy physics teacher too, exams set are way too hard compared to the stupid non-relevent questions we do in class. I'm getting a tutor soon though :). Is the physics in focus book any good? Is it similar to the maths in focus book?
Chemistry is the best!!!
it's heaps fun, we do heaps of pracs and the theory is not boring.
I do physics as well, it is soooooo boring but I'm kinds good at it, it is not too hard if you learn how to apply the formulas
chemistry is more of a girlier subject
but the choice is up to you :)
