sounds pretty goddamn racist to me... if she was merely describing the customer, then i think it would have been adequate to refer to him as indian, once, not that it would have any relevance. making numerous references to him being a "fucking curry" is racist.

i disagree in regards to the cover letter - i think you should always have one. in it you should include things like availabilities (e.g. when your VCE exams finish) and also the type of position you're applying for (e.g. cashier, nightfiller, etc.). you can pretty much make up one generic one...

i'm confused about how people add up their scores... raw score is the score out of 100 you got for each section, yes? and then the second score is the addition of percentiles?? so if i got... section 1: 73 (99th percentile) section 2: 56 (81st percentile) section 3: 58 (82nd percentile)...

i only went to the parkville campus so i can't really say. the main thing putting me off clayton is that its so far away. some of the buildings at melbourne are really nice...although i'd feel pretty shallow if i ended up choosing a course just because i liked the buildings at the uni...

since the "season" i guess you would call it, is upon us... what open days have you been to/are planning to go to? i went to monash pharmacy college this morning...it was pretty good. i'll probably also go to melbourne and maybe latrobe as well. did anyone else go to monash/deakin?
