I did cosmology in 2003. I accelerated in 2u math. I got upper band 5 when i did it in yr 11 and got into the course. If the course isnt popular, then your in luck! they will still fill in the numbers (generally) with the best and brightest ones who apply for the course. Dont worry too much...

most uni's cover the same stuff, and engineering studies only cover mechanical/mechatronics/biomed/aero and all other mechanics fields (excl chem elec). im doing 2nd engineering and i fall asleep listening to stuff i heard in year 12 eng.st . So its a big help!!!
