dw so much mate, UWS aren't that strict on the UAI cutoffs so you should be alright.

depends on the uni, some may take only GPA or UAI (whatevers higher), Some may take an average of both GPA and UAI. just give the uni a call and see what happens.

What a waste of a years worth of doing useless units then (Pham). you're better off going to MacUni doing law, and transfer with most, if not all law units exempted. Also getting a distinction average is harder than you think.
