    can my school force me to do 12 units?

    No way! the school cant make you do nothin! i was in my prelim year, then now starting my year 12 year i droppped Business Studies, the school can only ADVISE that you do 12 units becuase its better for the UAI (or so they say) so tell then to shove it up their arse! becuase they cant stop you...
