did anyone else miss out on band 6 by "one mark" or like it was really close....

its really really annoying

anyone else share in this pain...lol... its like ur soo close by not there....

UAI will probably be the same.....

like tomorrow someone might get 89.9.... but not 90

far out....

I WAM - i want another mark (our principal had this motto thing)

It is almost taboo for anyone in my school to get over 90 in English Advanced, its never been done and getting 87 is so close to it, just if I had taken my time in the AOS paper.

my extension eng 2 mark was 44, one mark shy of 45 which would have been an e4...the highest you can get in a one unit subject

yeah, my hist ext was 44. I was annoyed but that would be asking for too much. I studied for it in a day (had modern the day before) and didnt bother much with the case study anyway...ah well.

Not in the HSC, but missed out on a band 6 by one mark in the SC and 2 band 5s by one mark.

Well somebody has to be just below the cutoff.

I got 89 in Ext. 2 maths, but I'm not complaining, cos I got band 6s in physics and ext. 1 maths.

band 6/e4 for everything except modern history... which i got 89 for.

but im over it, its better than getting 88 :)
This is gonna sound so nerdy but I would DIE if I got 89 in Modern. Its my fav subject and missing out by one mark (even it doesnt make THAT much of a difference to the UAI) would kill me...
