well on boardofstudies u can currently log in to the "hsc results", however will a new link appear when uais are available, as there are different pin numbers you have to use

PIN stands for Personal Identification Number. PIN number makes personal identification number number. Everyone uses that kind of tautology lol. Just ignore that, I'm bored.
You should have a different PIN for accessing your HSC results and your UAI results. If you are obtaining them via the internet you have to go to students online for the HSC results and then UAC site for your UAI.
