I'm applying for UNSW next year. What do i do for accomidation? Do I apply now? Or wait for UAI? Is there any kind of link between being accepted for a course and receiving accomidation? What if I am not accepted for the course, but am accepted for accomidation???

You should be applying for colleges and accommodation now. Especially colleges because you will most likely need an interview. There is no link between getting accepted and getting accommodation. However colleges give preference to people with the most need for accomodation. Don't wait until you get your UAI, it is a lot less stressful to know you have a place to live before you go
