Hi ive been searching all over the wide web trying to find result from this year/previous HSC's. I was to find the average top marks in certain subject. I hear that if you get into the top 20% of that subject you dont get scaled down ? anyone know the adress of that kinda site?

I don't think you can find out the average top marks but here has the statistics for some of the years

It depends on the scaling effects in that subject, you will be affected less by the scaling down of a particularly subject if you are ranked around the top. If you do well in a subject that scales well, you will be rewarded.
