I don't use MSN anymore but just post 'em here and we'll see what we can do.

Now I haven't touched Legal in... over eight months so from what I can gather:

1 B. It's not A because justice can occur through statute, it's not C because natural justice transcends human rights law. That leaves D, which I think is wrong because equality does not always mean justice (like is it just for a poor person who steals to be fined $100 while a very, very rich person gets the same $100 fine?)

2 D. It's not B or C for obvious reasons as statute and common law can also be unjust. That leaves A which I think is wrong because a just law doesn't have to be known to be just.

i got c,c,d then for the fourth one there asking like what is a strength in international law for human right protection therefore i went with c because international pressure may change there descisions and views and the last one i also got a

TYVM ++REP!
