Remember that the five-number summary means Minimum, 1st Quartile, Median, 3rd Quartile and Maximum. And these are the five marks that you need for a box and whisker plot.

So the box goes from the 1st quartile to the 3rd quartile, 25% to 75%, so it is the middle 50%.
