How do you guys structure a business report?
+ How do you incorporate the syllabus dotpoints?

From what i've been told business report is like the opposite of an essay iguess?
and i was advised to use headings, subtitles, underlining, draw in tables and flow charts etc etc
And instead of introduction it goes under executive summary :D

Depends on the question,
There's always 3 parts it seems to the question.
Usually the time/amount you should write for each of the 3 parts should be around 20/30/50 or somewhere around those numbers. It depends on the key words they use, so know what describe, assess etc means off by heart cause usually they're a great indication of how much you should write.
What unLimitieDx said is right, use executive summary at start, make it simple and let the marker know what your report is about. Headings etc.
I commonly use 3 big headings (3 main parts or however many the question is asking) and within them, sub headings cause usually each part address more than one thing, ie asking for TWO strategies, so 2 sub-heading about the strategies.
and always relate your point back to the case study cause if you don't or make minimum reference, max you can get is around 12-13.

How do you guys write your business report? our teacher always told us not to apply a SWOT analysis, and we always do just one recommendatiosn section right before our summary?

My best advice for writing business reports is simply to know your syllabus back-to-front. Chance are that many people in your grade will underestimate the need to know your syllabus dotpoints and will write about whatever comes to their head but teachers hate that, they basically just want to see syllabus dotpoints and constant references to the business in the stimulus. Also, its generally best to highlight the key terms as this essentially just makes the markers job easier and they will hopefully help you out because of it. Hopefully this helped.
