yeah it is, i hate it, she can sue everyone, whether is successful or not is a different story ...
do we have to do seperate all the parties, or is it only one?
eg) wu-han vs sgrl, wu-han vs hospital (doctor), wu-han vs meguro inc ...

ghost riding ... wtf does the law dept think they are cool?

yeh cla isnt too hard which is a bonus..ill let u know how ill do it soon...just want to think it through, very broad question, they deliberately made it broad.

EDIT: just flipping through Gibson, found Agar v. Hyde; Agar v. Worsley [2000] to be a highly relevant case...p104

Was wondering how everyone is structuring their responses? We are meant to use the Problem Solving Procedure handed out in tutes aren't we?

I'm going about writing mine by doing

Parties (one line)
Issues (one or two sentences)
Law (one sentence for each item)
Law to facts (questions)
Conclusion (discussion of everything here)

Binary - thats what our tutor told us to do Are you supposed to reference our own case laws for this assignment or are the ones in the book good enough?
