is this movie about insitution? Yes
or anything to do with insitution? yes school is an educational/correctional institution in which the children and billy madison can learn and develop their knowledge and stuff
would this movie be too old for to be used as a related text for Raw? no, BOS uses set texts such as Wilfred Owen, and people like to use shershank redemption (something like that) which is, like pretty old compared to billy madison.
