CONFUSED * IR assesment * CONFUSED !! (1 Viewer)

hey there guys,

ive been given an assesment on the new IR reforms. and one of the question requires me to explain the IMPACT that the CHANGES has on the following groups of peoples

- state government
- federal government
-employers
- employees
- society


im not quite sure on how the NEW IR REFORMS would impact on these peoples.. like i have a vague idea about employees and employers ( i think )
but i havent been able to construct paragraph answers from them...

aany help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

- Making agreements simpler

- Better balance the unfair dismissal laws
