A question regarding a globe acting as a resistor in a circuit

The longer the lamp is on the hotter the globe becomes. Is there a relationship between the temperature of the globe and the resistance of the globe. If so, what is the relationship?

I kinda know the answer, but I'm looking for the best way to word it.

Any help appreciated :)

Was thinking more along the lines of something to do with time and energy given off as heat, because the question makes mention of the whole time factor. Your answer seems pretty solid though, so I'll go with it. Cheers mate :)

This might not answer the question but..

W=VIt
Divide I on both sides

W/I=V/I x It
=W/I=RIt
W=RI^2t
As time increases, W increases. W is the amount of heat energy in this case..
