Could this be the year when they put a bitch financial maths question - eg superannuation - into the 4 unit paper...they are at liberty to do so?

no please no!!! i did 2-unit and 3-unit last year so i'm having enough trouble trying to remember the stuff for harder 3-unit as it is without trying to remember how to do those dodgy superannuation questions

Yeh... but then they say that finiancial mathematics is harder 2 unit in 3 unit and thus harder 3 unit in 4 unit... lol im just stirring the pot...but it could happen

well im not to sure, my teacher explained some formulas to my 4 unit class because its in the mathematics test, but i wasnt payin attention. some gay way of doing it

See thats what I hate about financial maths... learning formulas is just like what we try to escape in doing maths : regurgitating useless information - which is basically the whole HSC course anyway

yeh u can remember them, but they can ask u to prove them, which is what they did in my last yr yearly, and i screwed the question cos i just memorised the formulae.
