Just as the title says, there was a workshop today at the Stable Theatre in Kings Cross which had Debra Oswald there talking about Gary's House.

She talked about the play for a bit, then we all asked questions, and then some actors workshopped a bit of the play.

It was fairly informing, and alot more useful than the lack of information available on Gary's House.

Anyone else go?

Yep, I was there--loved it! & not only was it informative, but interesting too. How good was the actor who played Gary, hey?!
What time session did you go to?

deborah oswald is our school captains mum so we managed to con her into coming into our drama class and helping us. if anyone has any questions about her real motives feel free to ask. it's always really funny when the wanky drama teacher asks if she thinks that there is any relation between the themes in 7 stages and gary's house and deborah replies "no i don't think there are any really. they are completely different plays" :p

Could you just do a quick dot-point summary of what she said? It'd help heaps.
