there is at least 1 subject im not enrolled in has appeared on my webct page, and i can access no mechanical engineering subjects on that page too...

arts should be available because i can access it.

don't spit the dummy until you actually start uni, most lecturers don't bother giving access until like.. the day before uni

as for the random subject, nfi, but yeah.. just wait it out and see what happens when u actually need access
