Cameras/food/BOOKS, any day of the week.

Clothes/underwear/etc., only when my girlfriend drags me around the place with the promise of food as a reward.

I like shopping but not with my friends. They usually tag around behind me instead of looking at their own stuff and it's really awkward having them stand there, just waiting. I go by myself usually. But when I have plenty of money (which is not often) I love to shop.

See, I don't get people who need hundreds of pairs of shoes. I reckon all you need is six good pairs of shoes. How? Well:

- A good pair of heels
- A good pair of casual ballet shoes
- A good pair of joggers/runners/sneakers
- A good pair of work shoes
- A good pair of thongs
- A good pair of boots

What else would you need? If you buy brown or black thongs so that they don't dirty, and one of those standard black boots, you'll never need to replace them...ok maybe but only if you wore them everyday for an extended period of time. The rest would depend how often you used them but a good pair should last you a while. You might also like a good pair of sandals if you want to be casual but dressy, but alright. Seven pairs. Where do you need more than that?

Where's the fun in that?

Mmm shoes. Now that my feet have stopped growing they'll last me until they're worn out anyway. Consider it an investment.

True true, tasteful colours are always good. But I'm really bad with colour coordination, and I don't have the figure or the looks to try to pull off anything too drastic. The most drastic I've gotten is pairing grey jeans with brown shoes. That's about it.

We live in a sickening culture when young ladies so often list "shopping" as a hobby. So many girls show no real intellectual, sporting or spiritual life, existing only as consumers.

Agreed...

However, I'm a lass, and I don't buy shoes - only if they have holes :D

I like financial security more than shoes!!
