How would you say Griffith University is viewed internationally and how respected are there degrees?
I'm asking because I am considering going there next year.

From what I've heard, it's considered the Western Sydney of Brisbane/Gold Coast. It's a decent Uni, lots of fun - but not such a great name locally let alone internationally.

they are newer 1970's-80's University with fairly decent sciences. e.g. UniSA, UTS, La Trobe

they are focussed on teaching and are trying to get more research like the Go8 group..

Only course in their science faculty im not too sure about is their BOH(DentSc)/GradDip (Dent) to become a dentist.. technically not accredited yet to run..
